I'm a software engineer based in Jakarta, Indonesia (GMT+7) with a strong interest in databases and ORM. I was a Djangonaut in Session 1 of Djangonaut Space and later returned as a Captain for Session 4. When I'm not coding, I enjoy swimming.

Neptune Team - Django Debug Toolbar

I have been working with Django since 2008 and on Django basically since then. I have been publishing and maintaining open source software all this time, mostly to address problems we face at the agency I have been working at all this time. I am more involved in the community since starting to help with django-debug-toolbar maintenance in 2016.

I studied environmental science with a focus on climate science and meteorology, but pivoted to web development because I'm convinced that I personally can help generate more impact this way than when doing even more climate science.

Apart from that I like gardening, mountain biking, listening to music. I live in Zurich, Switzerland with my wife and two kids.
