As Djangonaut Space Session 4 comes to a close, we're celebrating a truly stellar Django journey that has expanded the boundaries of our community and codebase. Over the past weeks, our talented teams of Djangonauts have collaborated across time zones, tackled challenging issues, and made significant contributions to Django and its ecosystem.
To every Djangonaut who shot for the starsβthank you for making this mission unforgettable! Your dedication, creativity, and hard work have made this session an incredible success.
By the Numbers: Session 4 Stats π
Winning is not a passive activity, it takes many hours of meetings, contributing, squashing bugs, reading documentation, and pushing through frustration. This work is often unrecognized, but is necessary just the same. Here's a snapshot of some of the work that went into accomplishing these wins:
π
Countless Hours Contributing
We also hosted regular Cosmic Contributions and Co-Writing Events, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across our teams.
Professional Wins π
Beyond code contributions, Djangonaut Space members have some professional wins to celebrate:
- πA Djangonaut was hired!
- πA navigator gets to work on more code!
- πTwo members were promoted!
We aren't saying that Djangonaut Space helped with these wins, but we aren't saying that it didn't either :)
